2. Orders, Pricing & Cancellation

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud, or unauthorized reseller activity). Prices, product descriptions, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site and within our products—including but not limited to text, book manuscripts, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, digital video/audio companion links, trademarks, and design elements—is the exclusive property of Company and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and view the materials. 4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

All physical book shipments are made pursuant to a standard shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or print-on-demand fulfillment partners). We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost/stolen packages marked as delivered, transit damage caused by handling carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, ALL CONTENT, AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 8. Dispute Resolution: Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered in Travis County or Hays County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature and artistic collector value of our books and companion media, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, change of mind, delayed carrier transit times, or minor aesthetic variances.

2. Strict Damaged / Manufacturing Defect Exception

We will only consider a replacement copy (no cash refunds) if the book arrives with a severe, objective manufacturing defect (e.g., missing interior signatures, completely blank pages, or severed binding) subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  1. 72-Hour Notice Window: You must email customer support at [Your Contact Email] within seventy-two (72) hours of carrier delivery confirmation. Inquiries submitted after 72 hours are void.

  2. Mandatory Photographic Proof: Your email must include:

    • Original order number.

    • Clear photographs of the external packaging and shipping label.

    • High-resolution photographs/video clearly demonstrating the severe manufacturing defect.

  3. Company Discretion: Replacements are granted at our sole and absolute discretion upon verification. If approved, we will issue a replacement copy shipped at our expense.

  4. Unauthorized Returns: Any packages sent back to the Company without prior written authorization will be discarded immediately; no credit, replacement, or refund will be issued.
